social updates widget says "login failed" everytime

It won't let me sign into twitter also,but i can sign in with the single facebook app,i've tried changing my email on facebook to the same on on my phone,turning platforms on/off on facebook,. THe weird thing is it will let me login to sync facebook contacts with the numbers on my phone under accounts and sync,but when i go to add account,all of the integrated contact accounts don't work (facebook,twitter) it takes me to the screen and i enter email and password and the same thing happends ,login failed try again,is something wrong with my phone? do i need to take it back i just got it 2 days ago thanks
 
Did you ever figure out what to do with this? I got same phone yesterday and am having same issues. ATT tech support told me everything was fine on their end and sent me to Samsung tech support but they are closed/all online chat busy. I can into FB app or FB and Twitter mobile sites, it's just social updates that won't add accounts, even though I know PWs are correct.
 
No i went to att store the other day and they gave me a number for an android specialist to call but i havent called i don't have another phone to call from,so i tried posting on here to see if i could figure it out,it's stupid i wonder if its something wrong with the software or something? I've tried so many things to get it to work and it doesn't work,i can log directly into facebook,and have a facebook only widget thats on my screen,but the intregrated social updates just don't work it's just frustrating getting the login failed try again when i know im putting in the right passwords/email in
 
I instantly took that bulky thing off my phone when i got it two months ago but just put it up and is working fine... Didnt even ask to reenter password... I dont do twitter.. Only facebook.. So since its working on my end guess i cant be of much help...
 
Just use ur apps... Dont use that overly big widget... Its a waste of space... Reading about ur friend going to the grocery store will still be there when u open the app..
