The first phone I got had several issues and was deemed "DOA" by USCC. Per their request I took back and got another. Now I am getting "socket not connected" error message randomly and USCC's solution is to take it back and get ANOTHER phone because they don't know what this means. I have already done a master re-set, cleared cookies, cache, etc. Any help would be appreciated. Last thing I want to do is drive 45 minutes one way to closest store and deal with this headache...AGAIN. almost ready to just exchange for desire, which is what my hubby has and loves, but other than this issue I really love my mesmerize! Hoping to exhaust all options before the people at the USCC store see my frustrated face walk through their door for a 3rd time.
