Help Software or Bad Phone

I keep noticing my phones setting change every time I leave my phone turned off for a while I have to change everything back when tuning it back on.

Display screen timeout changes from 2min back to 30sec
Sounds, Ringtones and notifications all go back to default
also if I make folders in Launcher Ex and arrange my apps I have to do it over again. it wipes my folders.

Is this Normal. :afraid: lol I know this is not, but wondering anyone else experiencing this.

That certainly doesn't sound normal, but my phone is never off for me to comment on personal experience.

May I ask why you are turning your phone off? Just curious as I don't see a need for this. Especially if it is causing you problems. Maybe it is just me, but I cannot have my phone turned off lol. That seems weird to me haha.
