hey all , i want to know if there is anyway to redownload a software update for my htc desire 500 ...or how to remove the whole software from the device and put it again fresh and new.
if there is , please do tell me or give me a helpful link for doing what i want to do
i have some issues in the phone and it couldn't be fixed by factory reset.
