I have a Samsung galaxy S4 and while at work i noticed the software update notification. As it started downloading, it failed whenever the wifi signal was lost. this happened a few times until i decided to cancel the process till i get home where my wifi is stronger and more stable. since i've been back, ive been trying to get the update OTA, but it claims my phone is already up to date which i dont believe at all! what could have happened here now??? someone plz help
