Dear members, I keep receiving the above message on my Samsung galaxy note 4 smartphone. This message has been appearing almost every minute for about one month now. What could be the cause? Please help!
Hi, try either going into "Settings", then near the bottom "About Device", see if the box "Download updates automatically" is ticked, if not tick it. Or the alternative is to download Smart Switch onto your computer, start the program and then connect your phone via USB, if it asks you allow anything do it, it should tell you if there is an update and download it for you. If you complain to Verizon about it, they are going to tell you to do a factory data reset then click "check for updates" and do it again. Somethings is stopping up the works and preventing update. If @philayl's fix doesn't help or if you don't want to bother with it, a factory data reset should put your universe back in sync. It's a hassle, but it will help.
