my new software need 4.2 or higher android version and mine is 4.1.2
but when i run software update

extra 4.6 MB ?

and then

it happened twice, wasted 1.6 GB please help me

Are you trying to take an OTA update? What device/carrier do you have?

it is galaxy note 10.1 GT-N8000 and
im trying to update my android version for a software as i said
picture 1 : 100% download 805.38 MB/800.78MB (thats more than 100%)
and after that the installation screen didnt appear

instead

Where do these downloads get cached guys so he can delete them? Is it in user or system partition?
PS try using the Samsung Kies software on a PC to update
EDIT oops I thought I read you had a Samsung. If not, forget the Kies thing. Sorry
