Help Software update - Processing Fails

Hi. I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace Advance GT6800. I have a notification that I must update but when I confirm to update it says Processing Failed. Via Kies it says Your device's current firmware version is not supported to update firmware via kies. Can anyone help because I don't know what the next step is?

Easy...use ODIN to flash...google about that...and get your firmware from samfirmware.com...

Were you able to sort your phone out? I have exactly the same problem (although I haven't tried Kies yet). Changing the firmware sounds like quite a drastic solution and not suitable for beginners.

Why not try the 'Over The Air option' to update. I did that in India as I didnt want to use KIES for Updating my firmware.
