Root Software Update

You probably don't want to install the OTA updates even if you could.

Keep an eye out over on XDA forums. The community there usually strips the necessary bits out of the official updates and repackages them up for your to install using the phone's recovery mode.
 
Do you have a link to the latest ROMs? I just use the original rooted ROM. Thanks

I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for. ROM's are not the same thing as the updates. I am running Fresh 0.3 ROM on my device, but I had to also flash the radio firmware that came from the Sprint OTA update.
