I want a my note 10.1 reset on factory settings. Can I reinstall 4.1.2 jelly beans after resetting?
 
Reflashing a ROM (which is what reinstalling JB would be) resets everything to what it was when the ROM was saved. You probably want to reflash JB, then restore to factory settings, not the other way around.
