Help Software updates, Downloading updates...Forever

Hey guys, I just got a new Galaxy S5 a few hours ago and just finished re-downloading all my apps. For some reason though, I have a notification that says "Software updates, downloading updates..." and it's been there since I got the phone and won't go away. I can't seem to Force Stop or Turn Off the app in question. Here's a screenshot:

Does anyone have any idea as to what's going on or how I can fix it? I have tried rebooting twice. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried to Clear Cache Partition?

That "should" eliminate the downloaded "upgrade file"...

There was an update today i had it on my phone appear. Apparently it was an update for Android over 300mb but it still shows Android 5.0 after install. I thought it was the 5.0.2 update so i have no idea what was in this "Fix".
