Hy, I'm writing from Croatia.
I'm on Tele2 mobile network. This network have a deal with Tmobile network that if someone don't have GSM signal on tele 2 - mobile phone automatic change GSM signal to Tmobile to use his signal.
But problem to me is that I live in area where Tele2 signal is very poor, and this change to tmobile signal is very slow and only when I don't have any signal on tele2 - so in many ways I can't use my mobilephone because of that stupid slow change.
So when i'm home, I manualy change to Tmobile signal and then I can use my mobilephone with full operations (calls, Edge net...)
Is there any application that can manualy change my tele2 signal to tmobile when signal is quality under than 30% or 20% (example) - not only when signal is 0% like now ??
