ya sure u can update any base band with any ROM as ROM is different and base band is different thing, try 213 its got nice gps speed

Thanks, I just installed 213 baseband. Was exasperating because I'm on Win7 and needed 7CDC drivers. I installed all drivers but kept on getting "EBL must be injected" error repeatedly like niksss. Couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. Then I followed shivakiran's instructions to the letter and it worked. Trick is to click "Start USB" while your phone is in BP mode, then remove battery+cable, go back to BP mode and reconnect cable. This worked immediately.

Let's see how 213 is compared to my previous old 733 baseband.

Howdy everyone i have been facing very low mic volume in all roms
even my earlier baseband was not able to resolve the problem
so here is another baseband update package try it

chinese are saying this the best baseband till now but every week or so new baseband arises ,i will update the thread if better basebands

Will see two installation files

INSTALL THESE 3
FlashUSB
FTDIDriver

NOW EXTRACT TBW780121_7674_WCDMA_V0902
AFTER INSTALLING AND EXTRACTING OPEN
FlashTool_E2

Open, select OK will appear

CLICK ....
NOW LOCATE THE EXTRACTED FOLDER TBW780121_7674_WCDMA_V0902
IN THE FOLDER SELECT ALL 4 FILES .FLS FILES YOU SEE
DO NOT SELECT OR DO ANYTHING WITH SAM FOLDER

Select four fls extension file to open

And then click NEXT to enter, there will be

Then click

NOW POWER OFF YOUR PHONE POWER ON IT WHILE PRESSING VOLUME DOWN BUTTON (YES VOLUME DOWN)
THE PHONE WILL GO INTO BP MODE
NOW IMMEDIATELY CONNECT CABLE
SOMETIMES THE PHONE IS NOT DETECTED JUST TRY IMMEDIATE CONNECTIONS
IT TOOK ME 4 TIMES TO CONNECT THE PHONE

could upload it, only when I clicked Start USB without connecting the phone.
Then Pressed Power Button and Volume Down.
Waited for the Green Screen.
Den connected the phone..

This all to be done in 30 secs..
As the Flash utilities time out is set to 30 Secs....
