Help [Solved] 2 Note IIs - one can play mp4 file...the other can't

My husband and I both have GN2s. Mine is white and his is titanium gray.

My sister emailed to me a video she took using her Galaxy S2 phone. I download it but I can't play it. When I try to with the stock video player and the MX Player app, it says "Cannot play video."

I forward the email to my husband, he downloads it, and it plays perfectly on his GN2.

Any ideas why my phone can't play it? My phone is stock TW with no root.

Something must have been wrong with the file I downloaded. I re-downloaded the file and it worked.

I generally write "[SOLVED]" in the title, using advanced editing on my OP, if my issue is fixed.

No need to lock, I don't think. I think this is a very valid discussion that someone else might run into a similar issue where the download file might not have taken and doesn't work correctly.

Mobo plays your Amazon movies? Did you personally remove the DRM or does it somehow get passed the DRM? I only have 1 Amazon movie that I got for free a while back, but I'd love to be able to watch it, if it works via Mobo.

Nope. Didn't remove anything.
When I attempt to use stock on my Amazon movies I get a pop up that says "Sorry, license has expired."

Really? My only Amazon movie doesn't show at all. It only shows in Amazon app player. The drm blocks it from showing on the phone. Hmmm. Maybe I will re-download file.
