Root [solved] DINC2, android 2.3.3, rooted w/ su 3.0.3...market app downloads hanging?

rooted several few weeks ago, phone worked fine for all the time since the rooting with app updates and installing apps with root...but over the last weekend there are now several apps in the market that hang at the "starting download" stage and nothing happens.

i've killed market, cleared the cache, rebooted...still same prob.

phone seems to work otherwise, but this is a bit of a nuisance...searching the forum, the most recent info on similar topics is several months old.

again, it's a DINC2 (VZ) with android 2.3.3 and rooted w/ su 3.0.3 installed.

think i solved this.

i mistakenly applied the SU update that appears in the market, which hosed things up in general.

to clean things up, i reinstalled and did the update to 3.0.3 from within the app itself. i made sure that SU would *not* update from market.

after this, all those hanging app updates in market completed fine.

i've since installed 3.0.6 manually via the bootloader menu and now i've got a couple more apps that are hanging during the download. WTF?!
