Help [Solved] How to turn on Camera Quick Access?

Hello,

Yesterday I read a Note II tutorial book and saw that there's Camera Quick Access mode in my phone. Then I follow the steps to turn it on by: navigating to Settings > Motion. But I can't find this setting or anything related.

Where is it? How to turn it on?

On the International SGN2 it is on Menu key / Settings / Lock Screen Options / Shortcuts (I)

Having put Shortcuts to the 'I' position then tap Shortcuts to drag or delete the shortcuts you want on the lock screen.
