Root (SOLVED) missing apps and lost root

so i noticed half my apps were gone and link2sd stopped as well so as i went threw to see what was missing i also noticed that i lost my root has this happened to any one else CWM is still there and just a few of my apps

well i dident lose root my short cut to superSU just wasent working


redid every thing did a data wipe cleared every thing reformatted my SD link2sd back and working thank you Zenwafer for your post i think i messed up my partition thats what caused this to happen

Sounds to me like your sdcard is on its way out.

not sure about that but maybe all my music and pics are fine link2sd is telling me mount script cannot be created mount: invalid argument ext2 may not be supported on your device . try fat32 on the second partition

I've always used ext2 with Link2Sd on my Rush with no troubles but I do remember someone else had the same thing happen and it may have been because of more than 2 total partitions on their sdcard.

Did this happen after you updated to Jellybean or...?

yeah im on jelly bean it was fine yesterday but when i woke up and checked my phone it was all messed up ill have to mess around with it a bit see if i can fix it ill try another sd card that i have thats not partitioned yet
