in my notification i have preparing network but my 3g and my WiFi are working iv rebooted froze some apps and its still showing up :hmmmm2:
edit: problem solved i think .. in sync settings the sync com.android.browser was selected from what i read this i a long going problem . but i would like to thank any one that looked at my post and tried to figure out the pboblem
