Root (Solved) Question for rooting 8gb version

So I got my nook tablet today. There seems to be alot of rooting methods and I was wondering what is the best method for rooting the 8 gb nook tablet. Never mind I'm gonna get the 16 gb version instead, I don't know why the storage difference makes it different in rooting.

Root for Nook Tablet 8GB (w/ Android Market) - xda-developers

Worked for me with no problems.

"Never mind I'm gonna get the 16 gb version instead, I don't know why the storage difference makes it different in rooting. " - I have no idea what this means or is asking, sorry.
 
I thought that the nook tablet 8 gb version was different when it came to rooting and inferior so I was going to get the 16 gb version which had better support. But in the end I got a lenovo a1 which is preety good.
 
The nook kinda blows though. Looks like they took the apple buissness tactic and decided to lock their device down and disable side loading. But their app store selection is very small so I'd like to see how this is gonna play out for them. Idiots.
