Root [Solved] Stock B13 - rooted; Can' play audio through headphone jack

Hi all... I got a Nexus 7 tablet, so I was able to free myself from my wife's Force.

I wiped it and reinstalled the rooted B13 rom. I tried 3 different music players and when I try to play music through the headphone jack, it will play anywhere from a few hundred milisecs to 3 seconds and the players will pause.

I did observe the headphone plug notification would flash on and off when it does this.
So currently we can't listen to any music in the car, a total bummer.

I disabled SRS and rebooted, but that didn't help. I'm kinda lost since this is a stock rom and kernel with no mods other than the power of root.

Thanks!

You have the volume up too loud. It's going into protection mode. Try lowering the volume, and tell me if it plays.

That did the trick! Much Thanks1

I have had some crazy audio issues using other roms and mods, I thought that maybe even after a wipe, reset, partition changes, that something might have been lingering.

Although through all that I have always been able to play headphones at max...

Yea, I think it might be a bug but I noticed I couldn't play at full volume when I would try to listen to music at full volume in my car. I was frustrated forever until I realized I couldn't turn the volume all the way up. Another thing is if you take the plug out and plug your headset back in the music starts louder for some reason. I don't really care anymore, I hate that phone and got the lg volt.
