Help Some apps won't uninstall think i have rat.

Hi i have and lg G4 and I have had many issues. I believe there is a RAT. I have done 4 factory resets and still have the same apps starting up that will not give me the option to unistall. I am very frustrated please help.

This sounds like you have apps that are preinstalled on your device that cannot be uninstalled unless you root your device.

What actual version of the G4 have you got, like a carrier locked and customized version that has their apps and bloat installed on it or something, e.g. Verizon NFL junk, Facebook, etc. Because things like that often can't be removed without root.
