Some Good Back Up Apps

[Corey Bryant]

I have been looking at some backup apps, but have not found one that is sufficient.

I do have AndroidZip Pro (I was hoping that would help copy files from the Nexus to my external memory card, but have not been successful).

I would like a program that would maybe backup the apps (data that belongs to those apps) to either my memory card, Mimedia, Dopbox, etc - just in case something happens to the Nexus and I have to get it fixed..

Thank you!

Your apps and contact info will be backed up through Google. In order to backup app data, I believe you'll need to be rooted. I use Titanium Backup, but it requires root.

Titanium actually will do both, I emailed the developed. Or have the Flash ROM. It looks like there is another one one.

I am using FX - it is a file manager (pretty good one - it goes down to the root to see the files). and has a back-up, but it seems to error. It allows yous you yo connect to a few Cloud Services / FTP / Bluetooth. You can archive them and upload them to one of the services
