Root some help with heimdall

here's my situation...first off i'm not that android savvy and the lingo throws me off but i want to learn. i installed a leak of ICS to my phone. i used the EL29 to FD24 ICS 4.0.3 update zip from ACSyndicate from this page EL29 to FD24 ICS update zip!!. I put it on my sd card and installed it..no big deal and it worked fine. but now i would like to use [ROM] FE22 Stock, Rooted, Deodexed (ICS / 4.0.4) from XDA developers that i found on this page [ROM] FE22 Stock, Rooted, Deodexed (ICS / 4.0.4) - xda-developers. the thing is i have a Mac computer and would be using the heimdall program. can i still install this ROM even though i have the zip file on my sd card? and if i can how do i go about doing it? thanks in advance

Most people on Android probably use pc. The fe22 leak is very nice but I used the 1 click odin from pc to install. Download the files to a usb stick and find a friend with a pc.
