Root Some issues. Some fixes?

I have issues with some apps not working >:(

Youtube almost never loads videos.

Google docs app force closes on open.

Scrolling is laggy.

Oh yeah and i cant use the very corners of my screen. Ive tried screen recalibrate, but it causes massive stability isses on startup.

What did you update from to get to 7.1?

You might want to reflash 7.1 and Google Apps to see if that fixes the problem OR make a backup in recovery, backup your apps with Titanium Backup and format data (aka factory reset, which means you start over). If that fixes your problem, you can restore apps-only from your backup. If the issue is still there, you could restore your backup and not have a lot of work to go thru for nothing.
 
Did you format data when installing CM7.1? (o/w you'd have FC's and stuff that didn't work).

If you don't have much installed, I'd format data/cache and clear Dalvik cache, reflash CM7.1 and the latest gApps, then fix permissions and reboot.

Otherwise make a backup first and then try that.
 
But two of your complaints are Google apps.

At the very least I'd try reflashing the latest. You can download that from Rom Manager... download rom... Google apps.
