Some Letters On Keyboard Not Working?

I have an LG Optimus L9. I have dropped it a couple times, but It isn't cracked . Certain keys won't work, Even when I slide over to try to press it, it just skips . I have turned off my phone many times , they still don't work.

Letters like y, g, a, etc.

Please Help.?!

Install a different keyboard. Press the same spots that don't work on your current one. If they don't work on the new one you have damaged touch screen and it has to be replaced. (Dropping it once, a few inches onto a desk, could cause that.)
