Hi, I just take a samsung s20 ultra, and I was surprised to hear s sound when I slowly shakes the phone. Is seems how a piece from inside is moving. It's that normal? I think is from camera, because if I try to make a photo and I set up the zoom it's not hearing anymore. Can someone tell me if it is normal? Thank you!

Yes, it's the camera and goes away when you turn the camera app on.

I've been told there's supposedly an update coming from that, but there's no issue with the phone or camera.

From what I've heard it is the components for optical image stabilization. When I shake the phone - even with the camera on - it rattles for me.

This seems like a mechanical hardware issue and not something that can be fixed with a software update. It seems we may be talking about two different problems. I'd love try to duplicate what you're experiencing or is it the same thing?

It's not fixed, the auto-focus lens is a mechanical component that can move around when it's not activated. That's what you're hearing. I've not seen an S20 myself yet, but I remember a few Oppo phone owners commented about the same thing, a rattling sound that goes away when the auto-focus camera is activated. I have an S7 myself, and does make a slight rattling sound when the camera is turned off.

Don't worry, there's no problem with your phone.
