hi guys!
im just new here. I'm from the philippines and im looking for apps. that can track my stolen X10.
Here, we have this so called "sim card" and once you removed it the phone cannot receive any txt msgs.
Whats the best apps for me?
(1.) can track phone without the sim card/ GPS OFF.
(2.) lock the phone(no one can use the phone even they change sim card)

Unless you've preinstalled apps (Lookout, ES Security Manager etc), you can't track your handset.

If you call up your carrier, they should be able to block its IMEI number and give you a rough idea of where it is.

How to Track and (Potentially) Recover Your Stolen Laptop or Android with Prey

As far as I know there is no answer to question 2. There is no way to lock the sim to your phone......maybe melt it into the phone without breaking the sim.

No way to track phone without a SIM except like the other guy says.....through your cell phone company, they can look for the IMEI.
