some one write the answer

The current firmware on my Galaxy ace (GT-S5830) is
PDA:KC1 / PHONE:KC1 / CSC KCI (INU).

When connected to KIES it shows a latest firmware is available
PDA:KQ8 / PHONE:KQ8 / CSC:KQ7 (INU).

When I click the upgrade button a window pops out and the firmware starts downloading and it continues till 100% and then the window automatically goes.

But there is no change on my phone and the message New Firmware is available is still there on KIES. I have tried it several times but it just is'nt upgrading.

I can't figure out why it is? Cannot any one help me out
