Help Some pictures are upside down

When i take a picture in the gallery it looks fine but when i send it to my pc it comes out sideways or upside down,Sometimes i cant even get it the right way up when its on the pc.

I had been holding the phone in the upright postion (portrait)

Yea me too. Looks fine in gallery go to edit in picsay its turns around.

Thats ok then thought something was wrong in the camera settings.
