some question from a new asus tablet user

First, is there a way to get the dock working but not charging the tablet when she is on because always charge the battery like that i think its bad for a battery life at long term..
I would also like to know if there is a way to upgrade my tab from 3.1 to 3.2 without rooting. if not is it easy to root , any link. and finally i am trying to set a wallpaper in high def but when i try to set a wallpaper the image crop and finally get a bad resolution what to do to avoid reseizing image thanks for help!

Charge the tablet and the keyboard together. Then separate them when "off" if you want to maximize the battery life. However, except for two weeks last month, battery life is not a problem with the TF101. I charge mine only every second or third day, and keep the tablet and keyboard connected and live 24/7. Download and install dual battery widget on your home screen. It will make everything clear.

Unlike phones, there is very little reason to root a TF101. Without root, you will always be up to date with the latest firmware OTA. To verify that your TF101 is current, go to settings and check for updates.

The easiest way to install wallpaper is to download and install MultiPicture Live Wallpaper. It can handle multiple pictures, or just a single picture, and everything will look good.
