Some questions about my tablet

Hi so I bought this tablet online:
7" Capacitive A10 Tablet PC Android 4.0 8GB White Keyboard Case Protector Bundle | eBay

Now, it is a Allwinner A10 tablet with Boxchip A10, cortex A8 1.2GHz
Now these are my questions:
1) Is this tablet a good tablet to run 3D games on?
2) The seller said this tablet is rooted (comes with 4.0), so does this mean I can't send it back to get it fixed if something happens?
3) I asked the seller for the device name, and he said:
Thank you for contacting us.

This is not the original product, it's made by the third party. So it doesn't have a name.

So if this tablet doesn't have a name, how will I know what ROM's to download, drivers, etc online?

OP I think the tablets name is Allwinner A10

Manufacture being Allwinner the model being the A10 (I am just guessing)

I did find this on Google I tryed following the link you gave but the items been taken down on Ebay.

I am sure there will be some more helpfully people around soon who can better answer your questions and give you more insight into things.

I use a Samsung i9100 build prop foot print so I get access to all the good games and apps on my china tabs as they often don't show much for them with the stock foot prints.
