Some widgets are invisible

I've had several small bugs, which I've found really annoying and in a normal case, I would already have changed my Razr to something else. I still like this phone so much, that I can not do that.

When I just unlocked my phone, and went to the first screen to the left from the home screen, to toggle off the 3G, the widget had disappeared. Same thing with the wifi-, bluetooth-, and airplane mode toggle widgets. All other widgets I have on this screen are still visible and work exactly as they should. When I try to add these "invisible" widgets again (ie. all the "toggle" widgets), nothing happens. But when trying to add some other widget to this screen, it says that there is no room for more widgets on that particular screen (even though it appears to be plenty of room there). So somehow these "toggle" widgets still are on the screen, I just can't use or see them. I've tried rebooting the phone several times.

Click on where they should be then drag and drop to the can. Then try getting some different themed ones from the market and see if it is a problem with just the stock toggle widgets or all kinds. Also check your toggle widgets transparency.

Have you changed the default launcher? Not all widgets will work universally on 3rd party home launcher apps and the moto individual toggle widgets are one of them.

Hello, I had the exact same problem and peed me off something rotten,

i fixed it by downloading Advanced Task Manager or something like that off the market, and ending loads of tasks then when you go back to the homescreen it kinda of reboots the process and boom they poped up not the most precise solution but i havnt had the error for a while and this always fixes it when it does happen

Step 1: download "Advanced Task Manager"
Step 2: open Advanced Task Manager and kill all running apps
Step 3: press the home button
Step 4: you should see the homescreen kinda flash likes its just reloaded
Thats should be it
if not reboot it

After the latest software update, I haven't been experiencing this anymore. I still have to say that this was very weird.

nurofenplus: I use the stock launcher, it's lovely.

Adauth: tried the first thing you mentioned, it didn't work. Where do I check the widget transparency?

timattard: I didn't try the first thing you mentioned, but rebooting did not help.

But I'm glad as long as it (seems to) works now after the latest update.
