Help SOMEONE, PLEASE HELP ME....

I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED SOME VERY, VERY IMPORTANT FOLDERS THAT CONTAIN IMAGE SMEMOS, HTML'S, VIDEOS, AND OTHER ITEMS OF IMPORTANCE TO ME..... I'VE TRIED TO USE THAT INFERNAL ANDROID RECOVERY SOFTWARE TO HELP ME, BUT IT KEEPS CRASHING MY LAPTOP, AND THAT WONDER SHARE SOFTWARE IS A BUNCH IF CRAP, AND DOESN'T WORK EITHER..... I'M WASTING MY TIME IN THOSE PROGRAMS,
NOT TO MENTION PROBABLY CAUSING ISSUES TO MY LAPTOP...... CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW I CAN GET ALL OF MY AND FILES AND FOLDERS BACK THAT I [ACCIDENTALLY] DELETED?... PLEASE HELP ME, IF YOU CAN.... THANK YOU....

If the files were in internal storage and you did not have a backup copy on a computer or cloud storage, then unfortunately the files are gone. Sorry.

If they were saved to a removable SD card there's still a very, very slim chance you may be able to recover them by putting the SD card in a laptop or PC with a card slot or USB card reader and using Recuva software:

https://www.piriform.com/recuva

You would have had a fair chance of recovering files from a SD card, but since you already unsuccessfully ran a couple of other recovery programs, the chances of success now are virtually nil.

Remember, from now on - Backups, backups, backups!

I could just commit suicide: all of the things i cherished were in those folders, and now they're "gone"..... isn't there some other way i could try and recover them?... there just has got to be a way....
tge android software is giving my laptop fits, causing it to crash, so that's not much help, and recuva wont work on mobile phones, i've tried..... do you have any other ideas, for me?...

i do have stuff from the phone backed up on a cloud, but the things that were deleted, arent on there.... can i take things that are on the cloud and put them on my phone?....

Sure, you can transfer copies of stuff from the cloud to the phone. Just be sure to leave copies on the cloud for backups.

can you tell me how to get that stuff off my cloud, and onto my phone?...also: is there a recuva program for mobile phones?..... or what else could i use?...

What cloud service? Drive? Dropbox? Copy?

And no - despite the Android recovery snake oil claims, you're not going to get those files back if they were on internal storage. It's Recuva or nothing - sorry. :(

* cm cloud
* but i can't get recuva to scan my phone........... it seems it only scans desktop computers and laptop computers....... unkess you know of a trick, that i don't.......

Recuva isn't going to scan your phone.

Nothing is.

It's only going to go so far with an SD card in your phone when connected to your pc.

As Crashdamage says, it's too late by now anyway.

As CM Cloud says, go here to see your backups on the Web -

https://cloud.cmcm.com/p/login/

Use the app to recover what you have in the cloud to your phone.

Try not to change anything on phone. Find the program that copy entire disk image from phone to pc. Then investigate it

it is: i'm looking at them on my phone, now..... though i haven't used that method before, to see if my items are accessible online, as it has never asked me to perform such a function for retrieving information that was backed up...

I thought you said some stuff was backed up via CM Cloud? If yes, that's the login page.

We can't help much if we don't know what you have backed up on CM Cloud. If it's just files like photos, music or documents, you can just download copies to the phone. If you don't understand how CM should hae instructions on their site. If it's contacts, SMS messages, stuff like that, we need to know.

You're confusing the issue more than we are.

Do you have an online (cloud) backup with CM Cloud as was intimated in posts 5 & 9 or not?

If yes, can you login via the url EarlyMon provided?

If you don't have login details and never logged in to the CM Cloud app on your phone, any information you have is lost forever.

i dont think that it was backing anything up on my phone, but a cloud sonewhere online, as it kept asking me if i wanted to share anything from my online cloud...... however; i never made an online account, though it seemed to be backing things up on a google storage inline drive, based on my email addresses.... sure; i wouldn't mind giving you access, (i'd trust you more than any of my famuky nembers), but you would have to give me a way that i could contact you, other than this message forum, for you to do that...

GOT IT: I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF THERE WERE BACK-UPS FOR ANY IF THE DRIVES......

I'm not asking for access and if anyone asks for access/passwords etc, don't ever give out login info to anyone.

If you think it was Google backing stuff up, take a look here for pictures: https://plus.google.com/u/0/photos/yourphotos

And here for anything else you think might be important: https://drive.google.com/drive/#my-drive

If what you're looking for isn't there, then there is no backup, sorry.

"One of the recovery programs" Which one please? Also, what did you do to format the phone to be recognized? I am using Recuva and it will not recognize the S6 as any kind of drive
