Help Something keeps turning on "color inversion" with my Galaxy S21+ 5G

Something keeps turning on color inversion with my Galaxy S21+ 5G???
I turn it off in Settings/Display/Visibility Enhancement/Color Inversion
But an hour later or few hours later or even a day later it turns back on???
This has been going on for a week and when it turns on everything looks terrible... messes up my maps too.

EDIT:
This started since I installed Notification light / LED for Samsung - aodNotify
When I uninstalled the app it stopped doing that.

Exactly what does a factory reset do, does it wipe everything? Do I have to start all over on the phone?
I just spent a week getting the phone all set up and really don't want to start over.
