Help Sometimes I can't end calls, Help :(

Had my phone a couple of weeks now, very pleased with it in general. But find it infuriating when I simply can't end a call, or use the dial pad to select numbers when calling. Also it has turned itself off a couple of time even though fully charged. Help please

I've had this many times, on occasion when i press the power button it sometimes might end it if i have the problem. But if not then i have to take the battery out

It's the proximity sensor. Make sure nothing is touching the screen. It's designed to make it so your face cannot accidentally hang up the phone. I had a screen guard on it, and it was driving me crazy.
