What Chu Like - Da Brat W Tyrese

My big sister was in the movie "Where The Boys Are". Well her car passed in a night scene but the glare on the windshield hid her. The song was written by Neil Sedaka and Howard Greenfield.

We play "Where The Boys Are" on the gig when playing to an older audience. Leilani does a great job singing it, and it resonates with the crowd. I play an OK sax solo, nothing special, just some melody, as I think improvising a solo would detract from the simplicity of the song. Actually it's deceptive simplicity, Neal had a way of making complex music theory sound simple, and that's an art.
