i cannot send emails or connect to internet with my sony ericson xperia

Do you have mobile data enabled on your phone? If you head to "settings=>wireless & networks=>mobile networks" (you may have to go to "more" then "mobile networks"), you should see a tick box that is "data enabled".

You may like to check with other users of the same phone... there are several variantions of the Xperia... if you head to Android Phones - Android Forums and scroll down until you find your model, you will get to the sub-forum for your device.

i tried to send email after doing what you asked but it tells me that i need authorisation as password has changed how do i go into my security details?
