Sony Ericssion X10 with SD card problem

Hello,
I've upgraded my Sony Ericssion X10 from V2.1 to V2.3. Now the phone does not recognize the SD card anymore. Could you please give me some advice to resolve this problem? Thank you in advance!

Think of 2.1 to 2.3 as a full reinstall.

Hopefully you backed everything up on 2.1 you want to save because you are going to need to do a factory reset and possibly format the SDCard to fix this issue.

Before installing 2.3, you are suppose to do a 2.1 factory reset, if you don't then this could happen.

So, now that you have 2.3, open Settings->Privacy->Factory reset

After that go into Settings->Storage and then try and unmount the sdcard and format it, and then remount it.
