Sony Ericsson Active wifi trouble

Hi, my kid brother just got a brand new SE Xperia Active (ST17i) phone and everything was awesome until we connected to our home wifi. When the phone is connected to the network all other devices (Macbook, laptop, Samsung Galaxy S2) lose their wifi connection.
I searched the net for few hours now, and solution seems nowhere to be found.
Maybe you guys know how to fix it. :/

This is strange. Just to confirm if this is some kind of software problem I'd suggest you to run the Repair Phone option on the Sony Ericsson PC Companion.
