the phone storage is full.you need to delete some applications to free up some space on the memory before starting.then it says,the phone will launch Manage applications.select an app. that you downloaded and press Delete in the detail screen.but it does not give me the option to delete

Hmm I think we might need to do a hard format maybe... but I don't know if that will work.
Is it still under warranty maybe?
Hmm okay to perform a hard reset:
Press the APPS and BACK buttons under the display,
Keep them held down and press the POWER button.
That should perform a hard reset.
