Help sony ericsson xperia 10

Im in new zealand and the phone was working fine,,go to australia and working fine,,come back to new zealand and wont work,,cant call or receive calls and cant text,,telecom sent another sim card but still wont work,,any ideas? was told it could be settings as it changes to telstra when in australia,,thanx..any help appreciated..

There could be a few things causing this issue, however the first step would be to run a repair via PC Companion:

W508 - PC Companion - Downloads - Mobile phones - Support - Sony Ericsson

If this does not resolve the issue, I would advise calling the support team in New Zealand on 0800 100 150 and see if they can provide some local support on this.
