Help Sony Experia SP Notification Issue

Hi.

Hope someone can help. The Sony Experia SP has a bar across the bottom of the display which lights up when you receive an email / text / notification.

This is great during the day, but during the night it's so bright it disturbs my sleep. Does anyone know of a way or an app I can get so that I can disable the notification light during night time hours?

Not sure if its compatible with the SP, but Illumination Bar Pro has this feature to turn it off by setting the hours when you don't want it on. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rundgong.illuminationbarpro

They have a free version as well, but not sure if that feature is on that version. Probably email the developer first to see if SP is supported.

I'm currently using the free version of the app mentioned above, although I can't figure out how to use it in conjunction with the factory menu for the 'light settings'. Do I turn the light settings off in the factory menu, or just disable them all? I joined this forum just now to see if anyone had any experience with other illumination bar apps to see which one is best.
