Help sony experia z3 battery life

Hello there,
I got my sony experia z3 just two days ago, after hearing a lot about the legendary battery and its remarkable life.

So after noticing its life with the normal usage i got a lil bet confused, i noticed that it drop fast easily while using even with the stamina mode on and with a low screen brightness.
Also noticed that when i leave the phone and i get back that it doesn't drop even a little 1, but while the screen is on and the phone is in use i find that it discharges kinda fast and not as ive heard or read... Will you guys check the screen shots and tell if its normal or should i contact the sony provider here.

Thanks

The handset is only a couple of days old, I never normally judge battery life on a new phone/tab until a couple of weeks.

I'll move to the Z3 section through, the guys there will be able to tell you what's normal etc. :)

From what I noticed with my new z3 life is really good, I am just a super heavy user interface have to charge it mid day, and it charges slow super slow. I had noticed a drain when stamina mode is off like 8 to 12 percent over an 7 hour time period but figured it was normal because my to was similar (and slow to charge)

I'd say yours looks pretty normal.

15hrs of pretty heavy usage is a great result with any phone and still have 30% left.

The 2day life claim is not quite right but it's still one of the best batteries on the market.

Same question, what is the purpose of keeping NFC and other similar apps ON all the time, try to save the battery by killing such apps and I hope you will find improved battery timings.

Do you need NFC on? No, NFC was seen as the next big thing for payments (and still could be) but it's not happened yet. That said, mine is on and it seems to have little effect on my battery; I get 2 days running without problem.

My stamina mode kicks in at 15%, I have the brightness at about 75% with adaptive brightness on. But basically, I just use my phone how I want to and the battery is easily the best and longest lasting I've ever experienced with a smartphone.

Ive also noticed you were on the phone for 6 hours in this time period. That's a hell of a long time to be on the phone!
I hope you have resolved your battery issues.

My ONLY problem with the Z3 battery is how slow it charges. Its a real pain when it needs a quick boost.

I've noticed it charges slowly from 90% up. Otherwise the speed is pretty much similar to my Nexus 5. I'm totally happy though because I can get through the day without any issues. I just charge it overnight. Right now I have 2.5hrs screen on time and still at 75%.
