Help sony sync

so when i plugg my phone into my computer the sony program starts up fine, when i try to sync it, the program says to go into the sync opions on my phone and select "sony sync". however the is no sony sync option. what do i do

The sync option is location sensitive so I am guessing that perhaps you are in part of the world that isn't supported or your carrier took the option away, for example vodafone took it away and replaced it with a totally useless thing called 360 which the phone doesn't even support!

You could try google syncing your contacts to the phone.

If you are on AT&T you do not have it.. I am on it and have emailed SE and was told that when they were making deals with AT&T, AT&T told them to DISABLE the feature. Why, your guess is as good as mine, maybe they don't want us to see just how bad the AT&T service truly is... Just a thought..............
