I connected my phone to my computer and a window popped up saying I could update the software for my phone, after waiting for it to load .. I get to step 2 out of the 4 steps and nothing happens? I did everything that it tells me on step 2. And I can't get to step 3? .. My phone is connected, it's 80% charged and I did mount it.
I also went to Settings > software update > update now
and there was no updates.
