sony xperia x10i problems

my phone use to be perfect i had no problems with it.

all of a sudden EVERY-SINGLE-PERSON that calls me comes up unkown. it never knows whos calling me theyre always on private even if their own phones arent set to private.

i have another problem when i download the firmware update app from sony and try to update my firmware, NOTHING HAPPENS.


im confused, help

please note ive also tried factory reset and everyones numbers still come up unknown

Goto Settings->Additional Settings->Caller ID should be on Network default. And as long as you pay for it through you cell provider, it should show up.

If you have downloaded SEUS and it says you have no updates....maybe you don't have any updates.

Restart the phone if you haven't.....worst case scenario, reflash the phone after you back everything up.
