Help Soooo... I think my Razr just died

My phone did not fully chrge this morning and cut off after a few hours from no battery (Non-maxx). When I plug it in now I get a flash of colored lines at the top of the screen and maybe the white LED will come on but it is not charging. Trying to turn it on while plugged in causes the white LED to flash. And thats only if I can get the light to come on. I have tied the hold down the buttons and such with no luck. So is it dead? Or is there a way to bring it back?
 
Some people have reported getting it back on after that happens. That happened to me a few weeks ago and I could not get it to turn back on for the life of me.

Hopefully you have better luck than I did, sorry you have to deal with that.
