Root Sorry process system not responding

When I reboot my phone and unlock it, this is the first thing that pops up. This just started happening. This happens every time I reboot.
It could be coincidence, but started happening after updating rom manager in marketplace.
How can I trouble shoot to see what app is causing this?
How can I fix this?
