Hey :D

This is my first post on any forum ever :D
I wanted to discuss the problem of sorting the apps. We all put them into folders, but i wanted to sort them inside the folder the way i want, not the way the OS sorts them.
Does anyone know how to sort them?

Much thankful :D

Welcome to the Android forum.

I'm not sure what folders you mean. Folders to put the icons which you tap to run an app or folders to put the actual app programs - the .apk files?

If you are talking about the app drawer and you are using the Samsung TouchWiz Launcher, you can assign apps to groups to organize. If that's not to your liking, there are other alternate launchers like ADW or Launcher Pro or Go Launcher that allow you to sort apps in the drawer. Each does it a little differently so you might want to try each to see what is best for you.

@jgreetham, i meant the folders were you put the icons in and u tap them :D

@lunatic59, since im new to android, where can i get those and if they require root or not?. i already tried the GO launcher and it kinda made my phone dead. I loved the interface but it made my phone so slow that you cant handle it anymore. I removed it after 1 hour of installation :P
