My eris just literally shit on me...the sense ui wasnt working properly and i did the home switch...i was going to back up all my files my phone reset...and now i cant get it to turn on past the htc loading screen...help

This happened to me last week-after numerous battery pulls I had to do a hard reset. I am not sure what caused it to occur-it's possible there was something with one of the apps I had? Everytime I turn my phone on and off I do get anxious that it will get stuck on the HTC screen again but so far I haven't had any problems since the hard reset.

tried battery pulls...had to hard reset i was just looking for an alterantive bc im in the US army and had numbers on there i wont be able to get back from my unit...i now have them backed up into my gmail...
